Small French two-door bookcase
from the second half of the 1800s.
Elegantly decorated with mahogany feather plating on doors and sides,
wood that we also find on the upper double-curved frame.
The doors, with original blown glass, are closed by a rod lock with key.
The interior is divided into five compartments with four shelves
mounted on a ladder so as to make the height adjustable.
The useful internal depth is 29 cm
The indicated width is understood to include the upper frame.
Completely demountable for transport
and easy to install even in environments with difficult access
Restored and polished with shellac internally and externally with wax finish.
