Rectangular table with six turned legs
made in the north east of Italy at the end of the 18th century.
The solid walnut top has a border with small rod molding.
The band below has three sides in poplar wood while the fourth,
on which we find the four drawers, it is also in walnut wood.
Only one of the drawers has a lock and key, ancient and functional
Originally it was probably a shop counter,
now it can be used both as a desk and as a dining table.
Restored and polished with shellac with wax finish.
The height for the legs, under the band, is 64 cm
