Elegant bookcase with half columns and capitals,
made in France in the first half of the 1800s.
The upper part has two large glass doors,
while the lower part has wooden doors with an open vein walnut plating.
The interior is fitted with shelves mounted on a ladder so as to adjust the height.
The cabinet is in excellent condition with all the original blown glass,
even if one has a small break that does not affect the resistance.
The backs are in solid walnut while the shelves and the ladders
have recently been replaced and made of fir wood.
Locks and keys are original and working.
The bookcase is completely removable so as to make it easy
placement even in environments that are difficult to access.
Restored and polished externally and internally with shellac with wax finish.

The internal depth of the upper part is 29 cm.
